Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stokedhemp@gmail.com. We will not provide a return label for any returns towards any items without defects.

Restocking Fee
If item has been used/unused and is free of defects, but should the customer still wish to return the item then there will be a 15% restocking fee. The customer is required to ship back the item and all of its contents back to the correct address.
Guarantee
If customer is not happy with the product a full refund will be granted. Refund request must be received within 7 days of when the product(s) was delivered. Customer will have to pay for shipping. A shipping label will not be granted by Stoked Hemp. Once item is received and item was reasonably used then a full refund will be given.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be given if the tracking status on the order shows delivered. We are not responsible for stolen items or for orders where incorrect addresses were given.
